BLUE90 – the 90 days ULB

BLUE90 is the first aviation Underwater Locator Beacon (ULB) in the company's history. Novega brings maritime performance to the aviation sector. BLUE90 transmits for 90 days and satisfies the latest requirements under TSO/ETSO-C121b, which is applied to all aircraft worldwide since January 1, 2018.

The BLUE90 minimum performance standards:

• Compact, lightweight and easy to service
• Frequency 37.5kHz +/-1kHz
• Minimum operating life 90 days
• Detectable in deep sea down to more than 20,000ft (6,096m)
